Isn’t it ironic that Simers complains of the Phanatic doing the same schtick year after year, yet he’s doing the same thing?

By the way, I do give Simers credit for sarcastically asking Manny in the Game 3 presser, “Manny, where did these people get the idea you took steroids?”

I’ve lived in LA since ’98. Don’t even bother to read Simers anymore. At all. His whole schtick is to be negative, sarcastic, and antagonistic. Except its not funny and doesn’t provide any analysis or much in the way of news. Add in Plaschke (ugh) and the LA Times sports section is embarrassingly bad.
